The research carried out by the Observatory generates different kinds of results, all aimed at supporting companies within the industry to get knowledge about consumers, industry trends and competitive strategies.
Different areas of research will be developed. The first study will focus on consumption patterns of premium products and services in Spain. The importance of e-commerce in the industry, as well as the role of emerging markets, will also be explored.
It is essential to share the results of these research efforts with the business community. With this in mind, the research and reports made will be published as “white papers” or articles specialized on the topics being analyzed.
Besides, there will be seminars and workshops about dissemination. Conferences and other events regarding important topics will be organized.
Regular meetings will be held with the collaborators of the Observatory.
